Dr. Sudhakarrao Jadhavar is a symbol of perseverance and excellence in education. Rising from humble beginnings, he has overcome significant challenges to become a visionary educator, leader, and entrepreneur. Over the years, he has served in various pivotal roles, including senior professor, principal, and director, leaving an indelible mark on academic and institutional development. A member of Savitribai Phule Pune University’s management board, member of Maharashtra Nursing council and President of Jadhavar Group Of Institutes. he is also the chairman of the All India Principal Federation.His distinguished personality has left a profound mark in the field of Education. More than 25 Thousand students has been taking education from the Institution run by him.

Dr. Sudhakarrao Jadhavar was born in a small village Vadji in Dharashiv district, where he completed his primary education and Higher education in Barshi village in Solapur district under challenging circumstances. It is very noteworthy to say that once a Political leader from his village had taunted the father of Dr Jadhavar saying that "Your son is of no use and he won't study not will pass in any exam", being angered by this remark Dr. Jadhavar challenged him by replying him saying that "I will have degrees more than the degrees your whole family combined.

Inspired by his father’s commitment to social work and his mother’s wise guidance, he began his journey toward success. He was motivated by the idea that “If you educate one child, you empower an entir generation.” This determination led him to focus on his studies despite financial struggles, eventually achieving degrees such as M.Com, M.A.. LLM., MPM, DTL, DLL & LW, GDC.&A, He further pursued advanced education, earning a Ph.D.

During his career as a lecturer in Pune’s Shivaji Maratha Jedhe college, Dr. Jadhavar was accorded as Ideal Professor. Through hard work and vision, he built a reputation for himself and the institution. Under his leadership, the college got 100% result, and his efforts in advancing education and student welfare were widely recognized. He believed in creating an institution where every student could excel and find opportunities for growth.

Gist for doing something in the field of Education for the society, Dr Jadhavar has started his own Educational Institute which will provide quality education to the poorest of poor students.

In addition to his achievements in education, Dr. Jadhavar has made a mark in real estate, construction, hospitality, film Production, and tax consultancy. As a successful entrepreneur and social leader, he established the Jadhavar Group of Institutes, which stands as a testament to his entrepreneurial spirit and dedication to societal progress. He also happens to be the Founder for Dr Sudhakar Jadhavar Employees Co-Operative society.

Dr Jadhavar has travelled to more than 50 countries in the quest of learning.Dr Jadhavar’s work has earned him more than 100 National and international awards, celebrating his unparalleled contributions to education and society.
